The staff was very courteous, very attentive and the frames are amazing. Some of the frames are a little pricey, but they look great. Dr Patel took the time to examine my eyes very well she also explained to me everything I needed to know about them. I would recommend Pearle vision to anyone especially the one on West 95th St., just a little West of Kezie. I will be going at least once or twice a year. Thanks staff.

Really disappointed I had a good experience when I had my appointment with the doctor and get in my glasses. I come up to pick up my daughter‘s glasses. I was incorrectly informed on the type of glasses that she had and the quantity of glasses that she have so I spent $300 on one pair of glasses and it was not explain properly and the attitude that I got from the front desk was like oh well you pay for it so now what there was no sympathy there was no apology. It was oh well you got them.

Today was my first day buying glasses from Pearle Vision. Great service from start to finish! Small, calm, and collective center with a welcoming staff. You can tell they are ready to help out with whatever you desire. Special shout out to Alanna for an efficient ending process of my appointment, especially choosing my frame. 🙏
