I strongly recommend avoiding this Pearle Vision location—or any Pearle Vision—for your optical needs. I brought in my frames to have prescription lenses made. They told me it would take 2–3 weeks, which I thought was extreme, but I agreed. Five days later, they contacted me to say they couldn’t add transitions. Fine, I accepted that. Then after 3.5 weeks, they reached out again saying the lenses failed inspection and it would take another 10 days. Never in my life has it taken more than three days to have lenses made. There was no apology, no sense of urgency, and not even when I went in to pick up my frames and request a refund. You’d be making a huge mistake trusting their services. If this is how they handle lenses, imagine what their eye exams must be like.
Dr was great but the whole waiting forever to get a pair of glasses sucks Yes overpriced but was told 10-14 days but it is already that long now and I’m told they are just being cut now
Dr. Neha Patel is very personable and gave me a very thorough eye exam, and explained everything. Will come back again next year!
Lovely and amazing staff! They have all the patience in the world to select frames that compliment us. Janita is the best definitely ask for her!
