I would highly recommend this Pearl Vision and Dr Patel. She was amazing, so nice, understanding and took her time to listen to my needs. I have dealt with eye issue my whole life and this was the best eye exam I have ever had in my 80 years. I had a crossed eye as a child but had surgery when i was younger to correct it. She recommended a different prescription on one side to help with my bad eye and it really helped. I can see so much better now. The staff is extremely nice and helpful as well. I had to drive 30 minutes to go here but it was well worth it.

started using Pearle Vision for all my eye care needs over 15 years ago. So, when I heard they were opening a store on Ogden in Downers Grove, I was extremely excited because it’s right in my neighborhood. I have been going to this location since they opened and I Have been Beyond Pleased!!!! The Front/Office Staff is Extremely Personable, Knowledgable, and Professional!!! But when you meet Dr. Trisha Patel, you understand where that Standard Originates, and understand how it flows and permeates the practice standard in this office. Dr. Patel sets the Bar for Professionalism, Knowledge in her Field of Practice, Caring, and Customer Service. She listens and connects with her patients, provides a thorough exam, and most importantly takes the time to answer questions and provide explanations so that her patient has a full understanding of results and treatment. I recommend Downers Grove Pearle Vision for all your routine eye care needs.

I cannot recommend Dr. Trisha and her wonderful team enough! From the moment you walk in, you feel truly cared for. Dr. Trisha is incredibly professional and knowledgeable, but what really sets this practice apart is how kind and genuine everyone is. They take the time to listen and treat you with so much warmth. It’s rare to find a place that combines high-level expertise with such a big heart. Thank you for everything!

First time seeing Dr Patel. She is an absolute delight! So sweet, friendly and extremely thorough. I’ve been wearing glasses for years now and learned so much more with her. I could not be happier with her services. Highly recommend !

I had a wonderful experience at Pearle Vision! Dr. Patel went above and beyond answering all my questions and educating me on my eye health. Iris at the front was also amazing!
