We had to use our warranty while on travel in New England and our Pearle Vision shop in Virginia did not disappoint. My husband accidentally broke the bridge to his glasses and thought I'd call our Pearle Vision office in Virginia to see if we can get a replacement frame while in Massachusetts. Cynthia from our Little Creek, VA shop was over the top helpful because she not only contacted the PV in MA, she also had to contact a PV shop in CT where she had to ship the frame she had in store to meet us as we were moving about. That is customer service! The handoff went perfectly from PV VA to the PV in Waterford, CT, where we spoke with Josh who let us know the frame arrived and he fitted them for my husband. We are truly grateful for everyone's help getting my husband back to wearing functional glasses at a time when we had to depend on PV shops, the reps and shipping to make it all happen.

I was very pleased to recently purchase a pair of Nuance Audio glasses at Pearle Vision ( Little Creek). Selena initially helped me select and test my glasses. Cindy was also involved in giving me the information I would need to operate and use the glasses. After using them for a short time and enjoying them, they stopped working. Selena took them in and said she would do what she could to help. Cindy soon took up the cause and represented my interests to Nuance Audio. It took lots of patience and repeated efforts but after some time, Nuance was able to get my glasses repaired as new. I cannot express my thanks strongly enough for two outstanding employees. They made my retail experience worth going through. Pearle Vision is very fortunate to have people of their knowledge and patience on their staff. I thank them again here for all of their efforts on my behalf!!

I had a glasses emergency and Cindy from the store on joint base. Little Creek in Virginia was the best!

Mrs Cynthia Haynes has been exceptionally supportive to my family during out last visit. Not only helped she my daughter to select her glasses that suited her the most but she explained to me and my wife in every possible detail the pros and cos of every selection. She applied on the glasses order all the latest lab technological advances and the result was excellent!! My daughter is really happy now. Thank you. Your help and support much appreciated!!
