The sweetest staff there is! The staff is very friendly, welcoming, transparent, and patient. Dr. Slotemaker was very patient and calm with my 7 and 5 year old. Both of which can be shy, and my oldest has anxiety, I was very appreciative on her calm approach with both of my kids.

Very expensive place to shop. It's a month later, and I still don't have my glasses worst experience ever. I was told I could not get a refund , but they don't tell you that the glasses will come in whenever they feel like it. I paid over $1700 for 2 pairs of glasses and only received one. DO NOT SHOP THERE. THEY HAVE NOT EVEN RETURNED MY CALL.

Filled out paperwork a week before my daughter's appointment, entered insurance information, called to verify the insurance was taken but no one called me back...arrived to our appointment, they had printed all my paperwork, including insurance information and no one said anything. Had the appointment and after they said that will be $128, I asked how is that possible because our insurance covers the visit... she said "oh we dont take your insurance"... I asked why that wasn't communicated beforehand and she responded with "I'm just a fill in I don't know how they do things here". Really disappointed, major lack of communication here that cost us quite a bit of money we didn't have.

Jennifer (Optician) was really helpful in finding a discount package that fit our budget, as my senior brother's insurance was not sufficient. She was friendly, patient, and made it a really pleasant experience.

Always a great experience! Dr. Slotemaker is very thorough, helpful, professional, and she listens. Jennifer was extremely helpful with everything! I highly recommend!
