Had my yearly eye check up this week. It was a virtual appt. Nathalie was fantastic talking me through the testing and then I had a computer chat with an Optometrist not on site. Nathalie was professional and friendly made me feel at ease completely. I picked out new frames and was helped by Crystal. She was also Professional and eager to please me. It's obvious to me that both ladies like their jobs. Very positive vibes inside that shop. Thank you for world class service, ladies!

Your supervisor in the Poughkeepsie galleria store was exceptionally helpful when we had a glasses emergency. We were very appreciative and wanted to let you know.

I wanted to a get a pair of glasses, they told me two weeks. I call back 9 days later and ask for an update. They somehow messed up my order, and it sounded on the phone like they didn’t even realize until I called for an update. They did not know when my glasses would come in, but it wouldn’t be within the two week period. Asked for a refund. There are faster and cheaper ways to get glasses online.

Spent all that money on an examination and frames and lenses and whatever other extra fees. Spent my day waiting and going through all that. I get my new glasses and they're cracked! I work 7 days a week and now have to take another day off to deal with this. It's frustrating to spend all that time and money on glasses I can't even wear.

Dr Rubin was amazing. He is so patient, kind, and informative. He explained everything and answered all of my questions. The entire staff was EXCELLENT. Great customer service. They went out of their way to help me find and order a pair of frames that were not on display but that I had a picture of. They even took the time to find the right size for the shape of my face. Great attention to detail to find the perfect frames.
