I reached out to request copies of my prescriptions, and Christina handled the request with remarkable efficiency and professionalism. She was respectful and provided the documents immediately, which I truly appreciated. I felt compelled to write this because this experience stood in stark contrast to a previous visit in 2025, where I was denied my prescription records unless I paid for an additional exam (despite both scripts already being produced during my annual exam). Because of that past frustration, I especially valued how seamless and accommodating Christina made the process today. You have a wonderful asset in Christina. This was the most disappointing and strangest experience our family has ever had with an optometrist. My daughter and I went in for an appointment. The technician that performed our tests was unkempt and smelled. The doctor didn't even introduce himself and kept us for over an hour and a half chatting about music. My daughter and I were both fit for contacts improperly which has been verified by an actual reliable optometrist now. Literally my contacts randomly fall out of my eyes. My husband did not even see a doctor in person. He had a telemed visit and had no warning of such. The front of house staff baited and switched him into buying frames that were not covered by our insurance and it has been verified by another optometrist thay they do not correct his vision properly. We will NEVER return here.

Dr. Erensol was the best!! But the front of the house staff, Katherine and Kristina, took so much time with me to make sure what was covered at my visit through insurance and placing my eye glass order. I have been going here about 4 years, and always the most pleasant experience. Did I mention they have always ran on time for appointments? I don't know how they do it, but I love that they realize everyone's time is valuable. Thanks Ultimate Spectacle......Ultimate for real!!

I purchased a warranty for my frames when they were made. I went in to use it because the nose guard broke which is a separate add on piece from frame manufacturer, I was told I had to pay 50% of the cost of new frames. It’s clearly a separate piece and they should be able to just replace it. Also read the fine print. Paying 50% of new frames for a piece that must cost under $15 is a shame. The greeter was extremely friendly and took care of me instantly, as well as the Woman who told me about the warranty information.

Great staff. I really appreciated the time and care they gave my mom, it meant a lot to us. We’ll definitely be going back to see this wonderful team.
