This is a new eye glass place for me. My son and I went here. The doctor was through and knowledgeable. I was stuck as to what frame to pick and all the ladies there were extremely helpful as well. Very friendly overall. Definitely recommend.
The staff is very friendly and attentive. The doctor was also friendly, took his time with me, fully explained everything and answered all my questions. The space is not big but it is very clean and organized. There is a nice selection of frames, especially in the section for insurance carriers- I was pleasantly surprised! It took me awhile to make a decision. The staff offered to help me choose and without their help I would still be there undecided, lol...thank you!! Highly recommend.
I am so glad I chose Poughkeepsie Optometry. The doctor was so friendly and suggested options for my specific needs. The optician was extremely helpful and patient while I tried on so many frames to come to a decision. It was a great experience and I'm excitedly waiting for my new glasses. Another plus is the location of the office, which is in a commercial park with ample parking, and the office itself has a warm and welcoming atmosphere. I was seen immediately upon arriving. I wholeheartedly recommend Poughkeepsie Optometry. I'm editing my review because I went today to pick up two pair of glasses, one bifocal for my computer and small print; and one progressive/transition. This is the first time ever I've tried on new glasses at the optometrist office and could actually see upon trying them on, no adjustments or recalibrations necessary. It was truly a miracle!
The staff is very pleasant, personable and knowledgeable. The doctor is wonderful and very pleasant. The entire experience is more than a 10 plus and I highly recommend this office. They never rush and can’t begin to tell you how wonderful you will feel with this wonderful staff and doctor.
A really nice, bright & clean, professional office with great people. My son had his first appointment here and we were very happy with both how friendly the office staff are and how knowledgeable Dr. Murnin is. We will be back for sure.
