Highly recommend!! I had a lovely experience at this office from start to finish. Dr Scott was professional, thorough, and took the time to clearly explain everything, which made me feel confident and well cared for. The manager Shayla was also excellent—very attentive and clearly committed to making sure everything runs smoothly and that patients have a positive experience. I also want to mention the front desk staff, Emily who greeted me. She was friendly, efficient, and made the check-in process easy and welcoming. Overall, the entire team provided outstanding service. I truly appreciate the level of care and professionalism from everyone.

I had the best experience with the staff at Pearle vision. Everyone was very warm and welcoming, patient, kind, and professional. Dr. John Perszyk was very detailed yet efficient with our time and answered all my questions well. Eva was so kind to help me find glasses that looked and fit great. She was very knowledgeable and kind-hearted. My night out as a mom of three littles started in the best way at Pearle Vision. I keep coming back for the amazing experience.

Came in for my annual eye exam with Dr. Scott who is wonderful at explaining everything with my aging eyes. Worked with Dalton who quickly found me the perfect pair of glasses that I love & are in my budget. Jared at the front desk was fantastic!! Worked with me to get a year supply of contacts for my daughter at a fraction of the cost using my insurance & rebates.

Outstanding experience at Pearle Vision thanks to Shaela, the assistant manager. She was friendly, kind, and incredibly attentive without ever being pushy. Shaela helped both my partner and me find frames that truly suited our faces and even went the extra mile to locate a different color of a frame my partner loved. We were in the store for quite a while (due to arriving early my eye exam), and it was clear she’s just as wonderful with other customers and her coworkers. She’s genuine, professional, and an absolute asset to the store. Pearle Vision is lucky to have her — she’s a star. Dr. Urschel and her team are wonderful as well. I bought two pairs of glasses with the help of Aaron and Kaitlyn. They went above and beyond to ensure all my needs were taken care of. I was treated with the upmost kindness and respect as well as insightful advice on all the different lens options. Will definitely be getting all future glasses with this team🙏
