While I do have issues, it's with insurance, and not the store itself. The staff was amazingly kind, informative, and patient with me. The optometrist took the time to explain things step by step, had information about Lasik, and let me know what was on the horizon as far as normal eye aging. Not stoked about getting older, but nice to know where we're headed and that it's not uncharted territory. XD I wasn't pressured to purchase or commit to something I was uncomfortable with. Was able to walk out with my prescription printed without fighting for it or having to justify wanting the information for my own records. 100% will go back. 10/10 highly recommend. Thank all of you for making an anxiety educing appointment pleasant. I appreciate your team. 🤷 🙏 🫶 💜 ✨

The staff here are amazing!!! Like most, money is tight. The wonderful woman that helped me pick out my new glasses was kind and considerate, I explained that I didn't want to spend much, and she went above and beyond to help. With working with my insurance and seeing if I qualified for any discounts, I still got the glasses I wanted for a price I can definitely work with!!!! Definitely 10/10!

Receptionist was great. Did a contacts exam and got trial contacts so I asked for something to put my glasses in and they told me no. Decides not to get glasses same day and the customer service immediately went out the door.

Pearl vision is the best everyone there is so caring and friendly they are so awesome and I would refer everyone to go there it’s also nice and clean in the waiting area and rooms it’s a great experience I had with them thank you pearl vision for having amazing caring people working for you they were so nice and caring and everything else
