The staff is always friendly, helpful, and very knowledgeable. I was assisted quickly when I came in with a broken arm on my glasses. They were able to put in a temporary screw so I could continue using them while my replacement glasses were ordered. Excellent service, as always!
All the staff at this location were very professional as well as friendly. They were able to fit me in the same day as I called (luck maybe?) Dr. T was very thorough and explained everything in a way I could understand. Looking forward to picking up my prescriptions in a timely manner before my trip! Thanks!
It was a pleasant visit for me as first time patient. Dr. Ben Moran really listens and understands my vision issues and catered to what my needs are and my finicky daughter met him briefly and we're both switching to him from hereon. Very professional and I can't find any fault. Just awesome!!! Then I end up purchasing sunglasses from Matt as he's very informative and explained thoroughly the difference between polarized lenses and regular lenses.
Great experience at Pearl Vision with Dr. Ben and the entire team! Dr. Ben was thorough, Matt made picking out glasses easy and straightforward, and women at the front desk were super friendly and welcoming. I was in and out in about 35 minutes including a full exam, trying on frames, and choosing a pair I really like—couldn’t have asked for a better experience and visit. Highly recommend!
Dr Moran was excellent and very thorough! I truly enjoyed my visit. The lady who saw me and got my initial testing was absolutely friendly and detailed as well. They are my new optometrist office!
