Everyone was welcoming, professional, friendly, and helpful, which made my first visit very comfortable. The biggest reason I chose Smith Eye Associates is Dr. Pullen, whom I have been seeing for over 20 years. I have trusted him with my eye care for more than two decades, and that says everything about the confidence I have in his knowledge, professionalism, and dedication to his patients. He is thorough, takes the time to listen, and always makes me feel that I am receiving the very best care. Although this was my first experience with Smith Eye Associates, I was very pleased with the entire practice and felt that Dr. Pullen is surrounded by an excellent team. The office is professional, efficient, and genuinely welcoming. After more than 20 years with Dr. Pullen, it was wonderful to have my first experience at Smith Eye Associates be such a positive one.
