Pearle Vision Lakewood

Receptionist gave me an attitude when I asked her to replace the screw on my glasses and I told her I bought them with pearl vision but different store but she was questioning and said that my glasses don’t look like they are a pearl vision brand and she even started researching my name to make sure I bought from pearl vision. Too bad I didn’t have the receipt with me because I would’ve put it right on her desk so she could start helping me instead of questioning me. I’ve gone to the store in Broomfield (the store I bought them from) and they are always so kind and help anyone that walks in through the door but this lady here in Lakewood specifically should not be working for a place like this. RUDE

A superb experience i must say!! EXTREMELY friendly and welcoming staff! I really liked the no drop dialation method- too bad that has been out of reach as far as I know. No trouble there at all! Thankyou for that MUCH IMPROVED service!! Just can't wait to put them on as I am anxious to see how they help!!! Dr. Allen was thoughtful, knowledgeable, and caring. Her examination was thorough, and she was happy to answer all the questions I had. I highly recommend her! Julian, Elia, and Jaden are all great to work with, and everyone has a wonderful attitude. I received excellent care throughout the process.

Dr Allen is great. She helped me get into Monovision contacts. Jaden is unbelievably hospitable and knows her stuff too. I will be their client for life!

Have been doing business at this location for thirty years or better! They are experienced professionals who take care of business and their customers! I wear both contacts and glasses!! And they usually have to help me decide which glasses I choose!
