Dr. Landrum was very professional and explained everything quite well. He is very knowledgeable. The staff were very pleasant and welcoming. There was no wait time which is awesome for a Saturday!
The one star is for the eye doc his self he is kind , he cares the lady at the front desk just stares too hard and I went in today my exam is still good for 3 months so the shouldn’t have charged me enless my prescription changed it did not so I tried to get glasses and the guy with glasses on that checks you out for pricing he told me the glasses I picked was too big I said idc if I’m paying I want what I want he rudely said well wouldn’t you want someone to be honest with you ?! NO YOUR OPINION DONT MATTER TO ME WHAT MATTERE IS THAT I HAVE GLASSES AT NIGHT IM FURIOUS HE KEPT ARGUING WITH ME OVER AND OVER AGAIN AND I LEFT WITH NO CO TSCTS OR GLASSES , I guess I’m going to online only or finding somewhere else to go that’s what he told me to do anyways worst experience in my life bro maybe I should have judged him on his black glasses that made him look weird 😩being a female is hard .
Very professional and were tolerant of my baby running around while I filled out paperwork and during my daughter's exam. The Doctor was very sweet and made her as comfortable as possible. They showed her frames and got her glasses ordered and out we went. It was nice besides my crazy boy trying to touch everything. Thank you guys for not making me feel like a burden with him. It means a lot.
Highly dissatisfied! There was only one pair of glasses for my child they said was covered under medicaid. That’s it? One pair? My son couldn’t even choose… they only had one pair that he could get. What a great experience for him. Then you guys close for lunch???? But it’s not on your website, do better! I work across the street and came here to pick up his awful glasses you guys offered to be picked up. I’m on lunch and work until you guys close. It would have been nice to know I couldn’t come here during your sacred lunch hour. This place is a joke. Even the doctor I couldn’t take seriously. We will never return here.
