The doctor is thorough and always happy to answer any questions. Melia (sorry I don’t know how to spell her name) is amazing as well. She helps pick out frames that look good on me and fit my budget. She never rushes me and makes me feel like a valued customer.
Horrible place - stay clear! My husband and I had been patients. Recently, my husband had an episode at work where he started seeing flashes of light in his eyes. He called the eye doctor with concerns of a detached retina. The rude clerk told him he was just getting old and needed to have his eyes checked. An appointment was scheduled, but my husband continued to express concern over the eye issues. The clerk said if the doctors were concerned, she would call him back. WE DID NOT GET A CALL BACK. We ended up getting an emergency appointment with a REAL eye care facility. At the appointment, we discovered not 1 but 2 tears in his retina. They had to use a laser to seal the tears. So glad we did not take the advice of Pearle Vision and let it go for a week for a routine eye appointment. If you want to keep your vision, DO NOT GO HERE!
Loved my experience ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ The optometrist was the best I’ve ever had. She was completely thorough and taking her time to examine my eyes, making sure that my distance and Reading prescription was on point. I was super impressed with her. What a beautiful gift to help the world see, one person at a time✨ Wow what a blessing.! Greatful 🙏 The upfront staff who took my order where patient and kind and gave me everything that I could’ve ever wanted. A fabulous experience. I am coming back here for sure. I found my home.🏠 Thank you so much for being an amazing team❣️
Dr was the best and enjoyable Dr. over all my years of eye care. Thorough examination n she did the eye glass unit slow clicks for me AND she did them HERSELF. Staff was great.
The staff was amazing. They worked so hard to save me money They found great options for me and went above and beyond to make me happy. I’m grateful for their efforts and will be coming back. Thank you for all you do Mishawaka office. You’re a wonderful team. Start to finish.
