Dr. Eric Lichtenstein is amazing, and so is his whole team. Everyone was very kind, welcoming, and professional. Excellent service with amazing patient education. Dr. Lichtenstein is very compassionate and knowledgeable. He took his time to explain everything clearly and answered all our questions. He was also very patient and great with children. Highly recommend.
Presented an already high cost, and then increased the price after the appointment. There has been a response added that they are committed to transparent price. There was an upfront price communicated. We were charged over that price for machinery used in a standard appointment. Patients should be aware that the upfront price presented may not be an accurate representation of what they pay.
This place is clean and functions like a well oiled machine. Easy to get a hold of someone, you get a call back that is RARE to find now a days. Dr. Lichtenstein Is phenomenal I really cannot say enough good things about him. We came in with my 2 month old son frantic from another provider giving us horrible news. Dr. Lichtenstein Reassured us and made us feel heard. He did not rush during the visit we had his full attention. You can tell he loves what he does and puts his whole soul into his patients, he texted to follow up on how our son was doing and we got multiple calls from the office following up with us. A real old school doctor who does things right!
Today my son visited dr. Eric. He is a nice person and checked the my son with expert skill. I highly recommend him as kids eyes doctor.
