Pediatrix Ophthalmology of Texas at Baylor Scott and White Medical Center Centennial

I had a great experience with the Labor and Delivery department. This was my second delivery here and both times have been very pleasant. Despite my first delivery taking place during COVID-19, the doctors and nurses were exceptionally kind and caring. During my recent stay, my second baby was admitted to the NICU, and I found the NICU nurses to be equally wonderful and supportive. Thank you to the entire team for providing such excellent care.

We had an excellent delivery experience at Baylor Scott & White Medical Center. From the moment we arrived, the labor and delivery team made us feel safe, supported, and well cared for. The nurses were compassionate, attentive, and always available to answer our questions. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and family-friendly, making our stay much more pleasant. We truly appreciate the exceptional care we received during one of the most important moments of our lives. We are incredibly grateful to the entire team for helping us welcome our baby into the world. Highly recommend Baylor Scott & White for anyone planning their delivery!

Great experience at the Labor and Delivery. All the nurses are great. The postpartum nurses were so amazing. A huge Shout out to Liana, Jaden and Stephanie - all of them are so proactive, knowledgeable and amazing. Also, thank you to all the wonderful nurses - I remember very few names - Jaelyn, Katie. Thank you so much everyone. And the lactation consultant- Dona is an amazing person. She is so knowledgeable and helpful. Explained everything so clearly and gave so many techniques and choices for breastfeeding. She also made sure to check on us before we were discharging from the hospital and gave all the essential supplies and resources so that I wouldn’t be in pain. Overall, the staff were extremely helpful and amazing.

Excellent service and great Dr Harper. Recommended to all my friends and families. I had a great stay at the labor and delivery unit. The nurses take their time to explain all treatment and medications, they take their time with baby and mommy care, and they really enjoy their roles. The lactation specialists are knowledgeable and make sure you feel comfortable beginning your breastfeeding journey no matter your experience. All the doctors were kind and made sure I was completely healthy before discharging me. It was great knowing all the OBs were as great as my personal doctor. All my time spent I felt safe and well cared by Dr Harper, made me feel extremely safe during my delivery and throughout my pregnancy. I trust her with my life.

My experience at Baylor Scott & White Medical Center-Centennial was a positive one. From the moment I entered the hospital I was greeted with a friendly face. The nurse and Dr. that cared for me made me feel cared for. They both took time to explain all about my procedure and allowed me to ask questions. I had a great experience and would highly recommend this facility. It was my first time as an out patient and everyone I had an interaction with were very professional and treated me with kindness. 😊
