The drive up is horrible, no lights for those arriving at night. Also, they’re not doula friendly. They try to keep you away from your client once epidural is given for extra time so they can up the pitocin while you’re away. Process clients quickly and dare to slow things down. Increase pitocin even if your body is doing the work already. One nurse practically throw soil sheets on me; I asked if we could change it. They keep towels in a staff only closet. Really? The nurses gather at the nurse station goofing off playing office games. Way too loud. No one can be in the halls for nothing. Don’t want family to come see you or nurse gets short with you. Doulas count as your visitor. Never again will I go to this hospital. If you luck up and get the Philippine nurse (can’t remember her name), you will do well. Dr. Brantley was very personable but I don’t like pulling on the cord to deliver the placenta. Good luck!

Gave birth here and the staff was caring and helpful. I felt incredibly supported and safe throughout the process even when baby decided to present challenges. The lactation team was an excellent resource and was able to set us up for success even when we got home. Food was great and building was clean and well-maintained.

I recently delivered my baby at Baylor Scott & White - Frisco with Dr. Laura Bradley, and I cannot recommend her and the team enough. Dr. Bradley is an truly amazing OBGYN, and both she and her care team provided exceptional support throughout my entire labor and delivery. All of the nurses and support staff were incredibly caring and kept me so comfortable. I especially want to highlight Nurse Marqueza, who handled my delivery with incredible skill, speed, and care during a critical moment when my situation could have quickly become high-risk. She was outstanding under pressure, and she even checked in on my baby and me afterward to make sure we were doing well. Nurses Maria and Clary were also wonderfully supportive throughout the process. Finally, a huge thank you to the nursery team Nurses Anna, Blakeley and Ginger. They took such sweet, exceptional care of my little one that I felt completely relieved and confident sending my baby to the nursery. Thank you all for such a wonderful experience! Beyond the exceptional care, the facility itself is top-notch. The rooms are clean and spacious, and there is plenty of room for visitors in the lobby. I was also pleasantly surprised by the food it's genuinely delicious for hospital food! I definitely recommend Baylor Scott & White - Frisco to any expecting moms.

I had the most amazing experience. From the front desk to leaving, I was treated with just kindness. Terri was my pre-op nurse and I cannot say enough positive things about her. She was kind, compassionate, friendly and made me feel calm and informed. The anesthesiologist showed a lot of compassion for what I was going through when he came to tell me about being put under. Our post-op nurse, Dan, was incredible too. He talked with us, made sure we had all the questions answered that we needed and brought me anything I needed as I was coming out of anesthesia. Their kindness helped ease my mind before and after surgery.

With something like childbirth it’s scary from the start. In my case my blood pressure would not go down, causing me to have my babies early. The staff is amazing, comforting and very helpful. Im not just speaking on the medical staff, everyone (cleaning, cooking, the people that did different testing for newborns, everyone). You can feel the love in the building.
