I’ve been here several times before and each visit has been a good one. This time, though, I had to bring my son in for a broken arm, and the experience started off a little different. We ended up spending about six hours total, with four of those hours waiting to see a physician. To be fair, we did arrive right at shift change, which made things a bit hectic. Even with that delay, once the doctors came in, everything turned around. The physician was thorough, careful, and took the time to work with my son so he felt comfortable and cared for. That extra attention really made a difference. We were finally discharged a little after midnight, and despite the long wait, the clear communication and the genuine care from the staff left me with a positive impression. The compassion and professionalism at the end of the visit really outweighed the earlier delays. Definitely a place I can trust when it matters most. I had my surgery at Medical City Dallas on March 9th, and my experience was truly exceptional from start to finish. The entire staff was warm, welcoming, and professional, which immediately put me at ease. The check-in process was seamless, especially since I completed my pre-registration online using the QR code. Everything was efficient and well-organized upon arrival. From the moment I walked in, I felt that I was in capable and caring hands. The quality of care I received was outstanding. The facility itself was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and my room exceeded my expectations. Every aspect of the process from the medical team to the procedure itself and the aftercare was handled with excellence.A special thank you to the nurses who cared for me. I wish I could remember their names. They were absolutely amazing, attentive, compassionate, and always responsive to my needs. Their dedication made a significant difference in my overall experience and recovery. I also deeply appreciated how accommodating the hospital was to my family. My mom, who stayed with me, was provided with blankets, pillows, and anything else she needed to remain comfortable, which meant so much to both of us. Overall, I am incredibly grateful for the care and support I received. I highly recommend Medical City Dallas to anyone seeking high-quality, patient-centered care.

I highly recommend Solis Mammography at Medical City Dallas for annual evaluation. Every staff member is kind and makes you feel like you are top priority. The environment is both calming and inspiring. The quotes, music and decor featuring famous women all contribute to making this uncomfortable, yet necessary process almost enjoyable…well, at least not completely dreaded.

I just delivered my little boy at Med City. Everyone I encountered was so nice and gracious. From the security guard who helped us enter the women’s center at 2 am, (wish I could remember her name, maybe Alana?) to all the amazing nurses and the lactation consultant Amanda. Leslie helped me labor and was an absolute angel. She answered questions I didn’t know I had and provided support and humor and encouragement. It felt like my best friend was caring for me. The antepartum nurses, Marion and Casey, were so so kind and understanding and had so many great tips for making recovery easier. This was my first time as a patient at Medical City and I don’t think I could have had a better experience.
