Service was timely! Doc was e excellent! Providers were polite and pleasant. The location could use more confortable and updated furniture and a good sweep at the entrance. Bring the cheaper frames up front! I just ordered glasses so we'll see how that goes.
I had a great experience with the optometrist. She was very professional, patient, and thorough throughout the eye exam. I was explained everything clearly and answered all of my questions. The staff was friendly and welcoming as well. I would definitely recommend this optometrist to others
I have been going to Peepers for several years now at the Catonsville location. I live in Pennsylvania. The staff that work there are very friendly, helpful and professional. The staff member who helped me pick out my frames was very helpful and honest. I am seeing Dr. Shafi. I have followed her from a couple of different companies. She is very thorough, knowledgeable and compassionate. I am never rushed when I see her. I would definitely recommend Peepers.
My family and I have been receiving eye care at Peepers for 16 years. The optometrists, manager Kim and staff are professional, very knowledgeable and helpful. We have received medical eye care, routine eye exams, glasses and contact lenses at Peepers and have always been very impressed with the superior level of care provided. I highly recommend Peepers Catonsville for eye care!
June 2022: Easy and quick appointment scheduled, taken back right away with fast examination, explained everything step-by-step thoroughly, great customer service by entire staff, and child-friendly (bonus!). Update June 2025: appointments for my three children were scheduled within three business days. Jasmine was wonderful, kind, and has a great sense of humor. She made the kids feel at ease during each step — with taking photos, eye pressure, and giving drops. Dr. Shafi is thorough, professional, and gives great advice on preventive eye care for our kids. The frames selection was too hard to choose from with the breadth of variety. We love the entire Peepers family :)
