Pelham Vision Center

I went in for an eye exam today and I was super impressed by the staff and experience at Pelham Vision Center. Dr Charles Bernardi is very professional and down to earth with exceptional bedside manner. The nurses and reception staff were also very friendly and courteous. Their practice is conveniently located for me and the office has a very cozy feeling, which helped ease my anxiety about a new doctor visit. I highly recommend using PVC for all your optometry needs.

I have never experienced the total lack of service and frustration that I have here. I have been waiting for glasses since January, I call almost every week, asking and have been given nothing but excuses without resolution. In one of the calls I was told that the glasses were lost, again the calls prompted by me. At this point its almost comical how little this place cares. If I could give less than one star I would. Do not give your business to this place, its an utter disgrace and I dont even care to write bad reviews but this is atrocious.

Pelham Vision is a masterclass in incompetence. They lost the frames of the glasses they made and instead of reimbursing for the lost frames, they just keep saying they are "trying to find a replacement". The frames cost over $400, and its been months. Do not say you have not been warned. Stay away.

New to the area and needed an eye exam and found this place online. I thought the reviews were great and they did not lead me astray! Dr. Bernardi was fantastic and thoroughly explained everything to me. Was an overall great experience!

This place has fallen far. The staff are slow and surly. Today was the last straw: they're closed during lunch hour on Wednesdays. Not sure when they think working people are free to take care of business, but this practice is absurd. Go find eye care elsewhere.
