I had a great experience at the eye doctor’s office from start to finish. The entire staff was incredibly welcoming, professional, and attentive. From the moment I walked in, they made the check-in process smooth and stress-free. What stood out most was how helpful and patient everyone was. The front desk staff took the time to answer my questions clearly, and the assistants were kind and thorough while guiding me through each all the different frame options. The doctor was also very knowledgeable and made sure I understood everything about my eye health without feeling rushed. Overall, the level of care and attention I received made a big difference. It’s clear that the team truly cares about their patients, and I would highly recommend this office to anyone looking for excellent service and support.

The doctor was great, but I am very wary of optometrist because 60% of them are scammers. Legally they have to provide you your prescription in paper immediately post exam, and digitally if you request it. I was not offered either, in fact the front desk woman asked if I even wanted it emailed. Of course I do? Now it’s end of day and I still don’t have my prescription - completely illegal. If I get it tomorrow I’ll update my review but unfortunately we have to remind doctors that what they’re doing is illegal.
Unfortunately didn’t have a good experience here overall. 1) Had to wait for an additional 1 hour past my appointment time to be seen 2) Asked for my actual prescription by paper or email 3 times but still couldn’t get it 3) Was told I can get $400 rebate for my contact but I only got $150 at the end
Front desk lady is very rude. Came first time and she gave me attitude. Came today with all the right paperwork to order my glasses and she said she was done for the day when it was 45 min before closing time. She also said it’s by appointment only, and she didn’t even mentioned it the first time. Waste of time and energy to be honest, go somewhere else.
Unbelievably professional, efficient, helpful and accomodating. Best experience I have ever had with the exam and glass selection. I have already recommended them to a friend. I felt like I got "boutique" treatment even though I was on a limited budget.
