Went here the day before leaving for a two-week trip to South Korea because I planned on buying glasses overseas where prices are a lot better. When I first called, the earliest appointment available that worked with my insurance was in July. I figured I was out of luck, but the staff were incredibly kind and actually called me back when an opening became available so they could squeeze me in before my trip. I was so grateful. The exam itself was very thorough. Unlike some places I've been where parts of the visit are done virtually, I saw an actual doctor who took the time to do a complete eye exam, including dilation and a full evaluation. It felt like real healthcare rather than being rushed through an appointment just to sell glasses. I also really appreciated how clean and professional everything was. They still have a lot of their infection-control practices in place, including hand sanitizing when you enter and cleaning frames after people try them on. As someone who notices those details, I loved seeing that level of care. My only challenge wasn't really their fault. I have a gigantic head 😂 so finding frames that both fit comfortably and look good on my face is always an adventure. I didn't have much luck finding the perfect pair this time, but that's a problem I run into pretty much everywhere. Overall, a great experience from start to finish. Friendly staff, thorough care, and a clinic that genuinely felt focused on patients first and eyewear sales second. I'd happily come back.

Dr. Zeest Pervaiz is extremely friendly, thorough, and knowledgeable. The entire process feels seamless. She is patient, explains everything clearly, actively listens, and gives thoughtful advice. In many ways, this is exactly the kind of provider patients hope to establish long-term care with. Unfortunately, the experience breaks down once you need support outside of your annual visit. The office is transparent about mailing prescriptions and handling contact orders in-house, but if concerns arise between appointments, established patients appear to have very limited access to care. I recently developed a new issue involving strain in my left eye and could not get an appointment to explore whether newly prescribed contacts might be contributing. Instead, I was explicitly told to go to Wills Eye Hospital. I was unable to get a callback, guidance, or even a visit to rule out whether the treatment prescribed through this practice was part of the problem. That is deeply concerning. Continuity of care is not optional; it is part of healthcare. It makes no sense to establish care with a provider if current patients cannot access support when new symptoms arise. I chose this practice carefully and referred my husband and three friends because the care during appointments is excellent. Unfortunately, all of us have come to the same conclusion: the care is exceptional until you actually need follow-up. I will now need to transfer my records and establish care elsewhere because I cannot justify staying with a practice where ongoing patient support is nonexistent. This is the kind of care I exect at Warby Parker or Foreyes -- not an independent practice. Expertise during annual visits matters, but responsiveness and continuity matter too. Without them, patients are left navigating critical concerns alone.

I am really impressed with the service from Pennsylvania Optometrics today. My son in law took my husband's glasses which had one handle broken there. We had no appointment so we just walked in. The technicians were very friendly and had the we glasses fixed at no charge at all. I highly recommend this practice and will definitely go there for for future eye tests and glasses.

My first experience with this optometrist and I'm so happy I've chose them. Nothing but laughs, good times and full of information. I love it here!!! And the prices aren't bad.
