Always an excellent experience. The office team is polite, professional and very helpful. I went right in to my appointment after arriving. The pre-tests were very thorough and the assistant explained every thing clearly. Dr. Heoppner is always pleasant, listens to your concerns, answers your question and is thorough to insure your best eye health and options. Check out is fast and easy. The optical team assists you to find the glasses and contacts that are right for you while working with your insurance or within your budget. They have a great selection of designer frames and sunglasses. Turn around time for product is very quick and they take the time for adjustments, fittings and corrections to make sure you walk out a happy and satisfied customer! We love our perfect focus team!

My mom is elderly and has mild dementia, and hates all the appointments she has to go to. Dr. Vermeulen was great. She calls him "the guy she likes". Professional and kind. I'm happy as her caregiver and she's happy as the patient. Mark helped us with ordering her glasses. He did a wonderful job of making sure she had all the options she needed at the price she could afford. He helped confirm her choices in a way that she's excited for her new glasses!
