Nationwide Optometry

We had a great experience at Nationwide for my kids’ annual eye exams. Dr. Sia was awesome—he took the time to make small talk with both of my daughters, which immediately helped them feel comfortable and at ease during their appointment. The front office staff was also kind and helpful, especially the young girl who helped my daughter pick out her glasses. Everyone was friendly, patient, and welcoming. My kids left happy and excited about their new glasses.

Always a wonderful experience and great customer service. They even got our glasses delivered and they didn't meet the quality so they sent them back so that they would be good quality which I appreciated.

New customer. Have been here twice now. New glasses and then a medical issue. Both appointments on time with processional front staff and tech.. Dr S. both has been great. Recommend.

I was here today to pick up a new glasses lens swapped for my daughter but the guy stripping the screw of the frame and can’t replace the lens and asking me “ what you want me to do about it?”after that . He screwed it up and asking me that? By the time I walked out he kept yapping and yapping. I came here for 2 years actually.

First of all, I’ve hesitated to go back to nationwide after a not so pleasant experience at another location. This place had a higher rating so I made an appointment. The staff are outstanding! Their customer service, speed of service, clean and well maintained office, approachability, knowledge and Dr Siah’s thorough examination and explanation, Judy’s customer service and knowledge, Lizette and Ambers assistance, are impressive.
