I have never been anywhere over the course of several years that has consistently had the customer service like them. Who really can say their vision place has the best customer service? This woman can. Seriously it’s engrained in them and I joked with my boyfriend that if I’m ever having a bad day, I should just drop into their office and I’m sure I’d turn my day around asap because they are incredibly genuine. Everyone there is amazing. Two thumbs up!❤️

Had an eye exam and Bought 2 pairs of glasses for my daughter recently (we have gone to this location for a couple of years now). The staff is always AMAZING and so helpful! Our orders come in quickly so I love the convenience of that! Great selection of frames and pricing too!

First visit to Nationwide vision in Chandler at the Gilbert Rd and Chandler Heights location. The doctor and the staff are all excellent-- very patient and professional. The optical tech who helped me pick out glasses was the most knowledgeable and helpful person I have ever encountered in purchasing glasses in over 50 years. I plan to return to this location next year for my annual visit. I am anxious to see how my new glasses turn out.

Horrible, I made an appointment, and show up on time. Family shows up after and taken in and seen before. that short time quoted looked like a lie in the second hour no approach or update.. always unorganized…I been there last few years, but upset finished paper work fast and everything.. just to get contacts refill.. prescriptions haven’t changed but insist I get a four hour wait exam.. I said four house because it was into the second hour with the second patient of a family of four.. why wasn’t I given the opportunity to do my paperwork early as we’re there explanation.. freaking took time off work, arrived early.. to that disrespectful don’t waste your time.. plus I never get glasses there.. that 150-200$ frame is gonna go upwards 700$.. I just went there out of convenience but didn’t seem as convenient being unorganized.. shops around for a better location..

Will definitely return. The employees were all great here, helped my mom out, they had patience, professionalism. Dillon and Maria especially, thank you.
