I’ve been coming here for about 10+ years , every visit with Dr.Vu has been pleasant. He’s kind, attentive, and takes time to be thorough each visit. Def recommend. Waiting time is usually longer than expected and it can be very busy , but it’s totally worth it.

I’ve been to multiple optometrists, and this was by far the best experience I’ve ever had! Betsie was so nice and helpful when getting me scheduled as a first-time patient. The doctor was incredibly thorough and took the time to explain my eye exam, what everything meant, and how I can better take care of my eyes. I’ve never had an exam like this before, and I really appreciate the time and care they put into it. The other staff member who helped me pick out the right pair of contacts was also so helpful and accommodating, even though they were extremely busy. I’ll definitely be coming back!😊
Dr Vu is very capable and caring. I only consistently have trouble with the reception area. Call backs take a week! Always. Why?!? If it wasn't for the Dr, I'd switch.
The front office lady seemed clueless. It’s unfortunate because the Dr. is great. I’ve been going here since 2006 a child. I took in a pair of frames and she wanted to charge me when I know my insurance pays for the lens’s. She had to talk to the lady in the back and redo my paperwork because I was not going to pay.
I loved my original doctor here when I was a kid, but the current ones are a disappointment. The male doctor has been giving me an incorrect prescription for years (just found out after going to a specialist), blamed my allergies for exam difficulties, prescribed ineffective eye drops constantly, and always acted like he knew better than you. He also told my sister that 'eye exercises' would fix her genetic eye condition — contradicting multiple specialists we have gone to see. The front desk staff also aren't the best, and seem reluctant to print prescriptions for some reason. Would not recommend anyone going here unless you want the wrong prescription, and slow service with an attitude.
