Friendly and efficient! Great office staff. Love Dr. Zimmerman , explains the procedure and doesn’t give false hope. Gives you a view of how wonderful things can be. Looking forward to have my cataract removed.

I recently had an eye infection and Dr. Myers was able to get me in quickly and prescribe the meds I needed to resolve the issue. I have been with Dr. Myers for several years now and I especially appreciate his candid and pragmatic guidance for my vision correction approach. Friendly office at Peoria location, and my wife has also used their Sun City location as well for more flexibility on appointment options. I see myself staying with Petelin for a long time with the friendly service and professional care they consistently provide. Highly recommend!

The experience i have had with petelin vision. Has been great. From having cataract surgery to picking out new glasses. Dr. Zimmerman and staff. Are very knowledgable and caring. I will be back for my 1yr check up with Dr Myers. Plus it doesn't help that the office isn't too far from my house.

Dr Tara Ransdell is best! Ive been with her for a decade! The attention she gives you and her expertise is unmatched. The ladies in the office provide great customer service. Piper is also an expert in her field. She is fast paced but will slow down for us older folks to make sure we understand all of the new tests and our options based on our health plans.

I went in for an appointment last month and ordered two new pair of glasses. The first pair arrived about a week before the second pair and I was having a lot trouble with the lenses right from the start. After a few days of trying to adjust to the new script, I notified Petelin. The staff was really great as we worked through the issues I was having. They asked me to wait for the second pair and to try a few more days of adjustment period to the new prescription, which I found reasonable. The prescription on the second pair was absolutely perfect. I gave that script a week as well just to be sure and went back today. After reviewing everything with the staff, we agreed that the frames and lenses just on the first pair weren’t ideal for my face. They helped me find several options in frames that were similar to the style that was working for me. It was tough to decide as they found some great options for me. I’ve never had an issue like this, but I felt like I was in good hands as the staff was very professional and we all worked to address the issues I was experiencing.
