OPTICAL; All though my prescription sunglasses were rather late because the place the optical deals with we're having difficulties. Probably because I'm as blind as a bat lol. Their amazing employee Chelsea kept me informed as much as possible at work and outside of work. She cared for me more then just a patient. She was gone the day they came in but when I called I was told they weren't there. So on top of the month I already waited what was another day huh.. I truly appreciated Chelsea more then ever!!! PCHC needs more of her around..

PCHC is giving me life, medications balanced, labs are monitored, chiropractor made it so I can move again! Wonderful, friendly, knowledgeable, and informative staff and providers. The only clinic that’s been so warm and caring to me, thank you all!
I have received very poor medical care from the provider I see. Provider will make you jump through hoops and improperly treat you before referring out to a proper specialist. Communication is practically nonexistent. They say they will follow-up with you but never will. You have to end up calling weeks later to see what’s going on. The workers at the front and appointment desks look miserable and act like they are so inconvenienced that they have to help you. They will not notify you when an appointment is canceled. They’ll wait for you to show up and then tell you it is canceled. This place is should be ashamed at the lack of proper care they provide the community.
Horrible service. Triage nurses are never at the phone. Nearly impossible to book an appointment that doesn't hinder your entire day. They only call you back after at least an hour. Misdiagnosed by one primary care provider and one nurse at the same appointment. Only when I got to see John was when I actually felt like I was being taken care of. He's been there since I was a kid and probably the only reliable person there. If you can, go anywhere else.
3,23,22 I can drive in bad weather to make my appointment. Was sitting in parking lot 10 before hand and I get phone call saying clinic is closed because of the roads... I can drive 40 miles in this but they can't... appt was at 815 got the call at 758 with gas prices and time off of work I'm thinking it's a joke to them...... but the dental clinic is open guessing there employees can drive in bad weather...
