Dr. Bethel is very kind and helpful. The actual appointment experience was smooth. However, trying to get contacts has been difficult. The contacts department doesn’t always answer the phone. Then they send a text asking to reply with questions to the text, but then they don’t reply to that either.
First time coming here and the doctor and other lady doing my exams were very friendly, patient, and informative. I didn’t give 5 stars because the front desk lady and lady taking the frames and payment could work on their customer service skills. A smile and a welcoming tone can go a long way!
I’ve been seeing Dr. Tari Thomas and Dr. Steven Thomas since I was 16 years old, and now at 23, I still couldn’t ask for better eye care. They always take the time to thoroughly explain everything, answer my questions, and address any concerns or issues they find during my exams. I never feel rushed, and I always leave feeling confident that I’m receiving the best care possible. The entire staff is friendly and welcoming, making every visit a great experience. I had the pleasure of visiting PVC today for my optical care. The front desk staff was kind and welcoming. My technician was friendly and knowledgeable. She explained the purpose of each exam to me. Dr. Tari was caring and seemed genuinely concerned about me as a person instead of a number for the day. She discussed with me all of my questions, offered options and she was definitely thorough.
