I got LASIK here and had an exceptional experience with both pre-op appointments and the actual procedure. The facilities are clean and accessible, and the doctors were all very knowledgeable and attentive. The procedure itself was really smooth and the staff and Dr. Feldman did a great job talking me through it step-by-step. Special thanks to Lauren, Anthony, and Dr. Nagelburg who were all amazing. All staff were super helpful. Highly recommend!

For this first time ever after being a patient for several years, I didn’t have a great experience only because COOKIE was so very RUDE & UNPROFESSIONAL on the phone. She didn’t answer the phone like how one should working @ a place such as this. It wasn’t friendly, welcoming nor professional. She picked up and said Cookie not Good Morning Philadelphia Eye Associates How may I help you? No you’re welcome my pleasure nothing of that sort after I stated why I was calling. That was just the phone experience, however when I went in later for my appointment she gave me this death stare because I discerned in my spirit she knew it was me as I knew it was her! I wasn’t going to say anything nor make a complaint but after that death stare look I filed a complaint with the manager Meagan. I always extend people grace & mercy because God extends it to me refreshed & renewed every day so I extend it to others is why I wasn’t going to say anything & let good but I just couldn’t after that DEATH stare. Like the saying goes if looks could kill I would’ve dropped dead right there!! Had Cookie took accountability and apologized I wouldn’t have made the complaint but she made me feel VERY uncomfortable which is something I’ve never felt coming there for my eye exams. Overall it’s a great place to go for eye exams but I feel like since I made the complaint now I’m scheduled for 2yrs routine eye exam instead of 1yr eye exam like how it normally was but no concern there, TO GOD BE ALL THEE HONOR, GLORY & PRAISE! HALLELUJAH ANYHOW! 🙌🏼Now this was just my experience so please if you’re led to go there go because they are PHENOMENAL! For this reason alone & only this reason I rated it 2 stars ⭐️ but overall 5! Everyone isn’t the same & I understand sometimes people aren’t having a great day is why I extends grace but it shouldn’t affect your professionalism! 🎯

I had such an amazing experience here! Everyone was so friendly and welcoming. Dr Michael was so kind, helpful and answered any concerns I had. I was helped by a sweet girl before him (forgive me for not remembering her name) but she was the sweetest and they both gave me such a beautiful experience!

Everyone at Philadelphia Eye Associates is amazing. Each person is expert at their specific jobs during an examination. Everything goes so quickly and smoothly. Dr. Repke is beyond wonderful. I always feel great leaving there knowing I have the very best care! Love them!

The staff members was patient with me and allowed for me to reschedule with a latter appointment when my doctor did not faxed my referral. All three staff members was kind and understanding. This was my first time scheduled at this location
