My wife and I really love the expertise, service, and care we get at PEA. Dr. Major always does a thorough examination and spends as much time as needed during the exam, to answer my questions. I've always had trouble getting prescriptions accurate for my vision situation from many other eye doctors and places. I had my doubts on this need again, but the glasses i ordered are perfect and I'm ordering a second set! Speaking of a complete experience, we love our optical expert, Shaina, as well! She is very personable, professional, and just a darn nice person to be around, and she always does her best to make the buying experience pleasurable. The entire team at PEA consistently elevates our vision experience!

Had an amazing experience at Piedmont Eye Care in Wesley Chapel, NC! The entire team was warm, professional and truly made the visit comfortable from start to finish. A special thanks to Kaitlin for being so patient and thorough during my eye checkup. She explained everything clearly and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Maddy at the front desk was absolutely wonderful, welcoming, friendly and incredibly efficient during the checkout process. Her positive attitude really stood out and made us feel valued as customers. Also appreciated Karen, who was very friendly and engaging during conversations about staffing and customer care. It’s rare to see a team that works together with such genuine kindness and professionalism. The atmosphere at Piedmont Eye Care is exceptional and it’s clear they truly care about their patients. really great experience from start to finish. practically no waiting even though the office was clearly busy. Dr. Fix was patient, friendly, knowledgeable, and it was apparent that she truly cares about her patients. Shaina was absolutely delightful to work with when looking at frames. Highly recommend

What a phenomenal staff! My family and I have visited both locations multiple times and we always have a great experience. I had been struggling to find the right lenses for me as my prescription continues to change (thanks, old age!) The team was so patient with me as I went through multiple samples and tried a variety of options until I found something I loved. They never pressured me, were super accommodating and I genuinely felt like they just wanted what was best for me. Special shout out to Jessica in Wesley Chapel who provided exceptional care despite being super busy. I appreciate you all!

Shaina is wonderful to work with! My family all needed new glasses during our recent visit. She gave wonderful advice on frames and made the experience fun. We love our new glasses!
