I had been switching from one optometrist to another and was starting to give up trying to find the right fit, but this office completely changed my experience. Dr. Z was amazing, She truly listened to all of my concerns, took her time during the appointment, and made sure I felt comfortable with the prescription and walk outside to try it. You can tell she genuinely cares about her patients and wants to find the best solution. The entire team was also wonderful, especially the staff at the front desk. Everyone was welcoming, professional, and provided excellent customer service. The whole experience felt smooth and stress-free, which made such a difference. I’m really happy I found this office and would highly recommend them! Thank you Lux Team!

Lux eye care is the best place to get an eye exam. They have innovated technology, options to expand on different ways to see if you have develop and new medical issues why looking at your eyes. The staff is wonderful and Dr.Z she just rocks and very informative snd explain to you and take her time with you. I would recommend Lux eye care to any and everyone.

My brother and I had an appt with Lux Eye Care and it was fantastic! Staff are soo kind and accommodating! We also liked how small the office was, it felt very homey and we were big fans! We were in and out fairly quickly, while still having all of our needs addressed! So glad we came here and looking forward to picking up our glasses with them in a few weeks! 10/10 would recommend and will definitely be coming here for our next yearly exam!

Great experience. Staff is friendly and competent. I was early and they made room for me, I did not have to wait. The eye exam was as thorough as any specialty clinic. If you are looking for a facility with all the latest technology, this is the place, plus exceptional competent staff. I plan to be a client for a long time.

We had an amazing experience at Lux Eye Care! I brought my 15-year-old daughter in for her first eye exam, and everything exceeded expectations. The staff was so friendly, and Dr. Nicolette was thorough, patient, and great at explaining everything. Kellan made the glasses selection process effortless—something I usually dread! My daughter walked out smiling, which says it all. Highly recommend—this office truly cares about their patients.
