The doctor was great, the sales associate was very friendly and made sure my trifocals were positioned correctly in the lenses. Was told one date for the glasses to come in, which was 2 weeks after my appointment. After calling for the third time to see if they were in, and being put on hold for 20 minutes!!!!!!! They came to tell me they still weren’t ready and were in Texas, I am in NC, and would not be in until possibly next week. 3 weeks for glasses?! And putting someone on hold for 20 minutes! I won’t be back. This is my third set of glasses through them, always got them back quickly, and was never left hanging on the phone while they did who knows what for 20 minutes!

Exe exam and glasses ordered. Picked them up and the guy was very rude and they were not adjusted correctly (actually frame bent) and I can’t see out of them. Went back to attempt to get them fixed but the manager didn’t care. All she wanted to do was to apply anti glare but not fix the root of the issue. Sorry service at this location. Beware! And to top it corporate doesn’t care at all!
I called with an urgent issue regarding my son’s glasses and Cindy performed beyond my expectations. She was able to get my email updated and get me access to my portal. Great customer service. Positive can- do attitude.
The advertised price of the glasses is honestly misleading because the final price can become extremely expensive once you actually go through the process. The price of the frames itself almost becomes irrelevant when all the additional costs are added. Another thing is that customers are not clearly told which frame sizes they are actually able to choose. You pick a frame that you like, only to be told afterward that you cannot get it because it is too large or too small. If certain sizes are not available for your prescription or measurements, that information should be made clear before customers spend time choosing frames. The customer service was also very bad. The employees I interacted with were rude, unhelpful, and seemed like they did not want to be there. I understand that employees can have bad days, but customers should still be treated with basic courtesy and given clear information. I went in expecting to get two reasonably priced pairs of glasses based on the advertised offer, but the experience and final pricing were completely different from what I expected. I ended up getting only one pair, and it was still much more expensive than I had anticipated.
Office staff in this location are all nice and professional. Today was for a remote eye exam. This was the most unprofessional and disrespectful of my time experience I have ever had. The Eye Dr online started with asking if I was another name, I replied no I am xxx. He replied ok I’ll believe you Confirmed birthdate then proceeded to explain their technology short comings and how I would need to reschedule for an in person visit to make sure all is right. IF the technology and pool of Drs isn’t 100% then it needs to be reevaluated. Even if only a percentage of patients are told they have to reschedule it is still disrespectful of their time.
