I called Wednesday afternoon. Got an appointment For Thursday. I went in Wednesday afternoon and did a little bit of sneak peek shopping So my indecisiveness would not affect the appointment on Thursday. The staff that was in there on Thursday was kind, professional, patientand courteous. My appointment was at 5:30 to see the doctor. I got to shop and shop and shop And they checked on me as I was shopping and waiting to see the doctor to make sure I was finding everything OK. The manager, Jennifer was outstanding! She gave me her opinion and explained why she thought about certain frame’s shapes and certain frames in those did or did not compliment, my skin tone and my facial structure and why the colors didn’t look good on my face. She was wonderful pure honesty, kindness, and professionalism with her entire service this afternoon. I previously had an uncle that went there several years back and told me how wonderful they were at this target in Matthews NC. I believe this was the first time my insurance covered this location. I will absolutely be going back every year to this location. I have my eyes examined and discuss frames and order them from that staff.
