Pierce Vision Specialists

I'm writing this review on behalf of my mother. She had broken her glasses and her regular optometry office lacked the part needed to repair them. They connected her with Pierce Vision, who were happy to get her right in and complete the repair. They were exceptionally kind to work her in, and she was beyond pleased with their work and willingness to help. We are very grateful to Pierce Vision for going above and beyond when they didn't have to!

We had an excellent experience with Dr. Courtney. From the moment we arrived, they were patient, kind, and incredibly understanding with my child. Their bedside manner was amazing and immediately helped my child feel comfortable and at ease during the appointment. What impressed me the most was how clearly and thoughtfully they explained everything related to my child’s visual perception issues. They took the time to speak in a way my child could understand while also making sure I fully understood the evaluation and recommendations. Nothing felt rushed, and every question was answered with care and professionalism. It is rare to find a doctor who is not only highly knowledgeable but also so compassionate and skilled with children. We left feeling supported, informed, and hopeful. I was thoroughly impressed and would highly recommend this doctor to any family seeking exceptional pediatric eye care.

Our whole family goes to Pierce Vision. My child sees Dr. Courtney, who has always been terrific. We've had great experiences with Dr. Broaddus as well. Their entire optical team is always so helpful and patient. A special shout-out to Charissa for her always-smiling, happy personality. When my progressives need adjusting, I love walking in and finding her there! She has also been extremely patient and kind to my kiddo. Thank you all for being a great team!

Dr Pierce and his staff has made my life so much better. He has always been kind and caring. I’ve had a couple of eye problems and he is quick to get me in and explains everything. I would definitely recommend.

Pierce Vision is extremely professional! The staff is very kind and makes you feel comfortable. They explain everything in a way that is understandable. When choosing your glasses, they are so helpful! Such a pleasant experience!
