Queen City Eye Care

Dr. Tran is, by far, the most favorite optometrist I've had. Her quality of care is exceptional. You can tell she cares about you and your eyes. If she has concerns about the health of your eyes, even if problems would be far off, she goes through them in detail, and answers any questions you may have. I also have rather thick lenses, with thinner frames that I love. When I've had other places cut my lenses they would pop out, but Dr. Tran's ability to cut lenses allows me to have thinner lenses so I can keep the frames I love. She is so so kind and accommodating, and her staff is amazing too. I know this is a lengthy review, but I really can't say enough good stuff about Dr. Tran and her service!

Horrible customer service from the staff. They won't do anything unless you send them an email about it. I asked for a receipt from my visit *while I was still in the store* and they wouldn't give me one and instead told me to send an email request. I later needed my Rx sent to another business and when I called to ask them to send it to the other location they also refused and told me I would have to submit an email request first. Worst customer experience with desk clerks I've had at any optometrist in almost 20 years. I will be going anywhere but here moving forward.

Queen City Eye Care was exceptional when my husband got something in his eye at work and had a bad infection. Dr. Tran is absolutely wonderful! She squeezed us in last minute and gave my husband the best care! You can really tell Dr. Tran truly cares about her patients! We felt welcomed and in good hands both times we have been seen!

Dr Tran gave me the most thorough eye exam I have ever had! She took her time and we talked about options with my vision situation. Definitely a difference from the "eyeglass factory" approach. I am thrilled to have found them!
