Pine Family Eye Care

Let me start off by saying WOW! The staff is very professional. Doctor Karen Malcolm-Griffith is awesome. I took my son and daughter at her office today, November 11, 2022, and I really admired how she sanitized every single thing multiple times. She sanitized the glasses, everything that she touches and the patient touches. She washed her hands frequently. I would highly recommend Pines Family Eye Care. You will not regret it. A warm and pleasant atmosphere. Thank you all!!!!

I ended up in Pines Family Eye via Groupon. I bought the Groupon that covered an eye exam and $150 towards glasses. During my appointment, I was very pleased with the cleanliness and awareness of the doctor. She was constantly cleaning the machines, her hands and everything either of us touched. In addition, the assistant was very helpful in explaining how the Groupon worked, what lenses I needed, which she recommended and the pricing on it. As soon as my glasses were ready to pick up, I received a text straight to my phone. I definitely recommend this place to get your eye check ups done! I will definitely be going back!

I highly recommend Doctor Karen to all. I never realized how a great eye exam was supposed to be until I have my first exam with her. She takes her time specially when switching the lenses during the exam, to ask which you can see better with. She would give me a moment for my eyes to adjust so I could truly see the difference. During previous exams with other doctors, this part was usually a rush. I would never go to another doctor again. Doctor Karen & Lina are nice & professional. I always send my friend to them!

Amazing experience! The team was professional, informative, and welcoming. Lina walked me through the initial tests and assisted me with the eyeglass selection with great detail. Dr.Griffith was awesome! she explained the results of my exams taking in to account that I mentioned I would be leaving to camp for a while, and she kindly answered all of my questions. Not only were they doing a great job, but they went above and beyond to implement safety measures to keep patients and staff safe during Covid. They are limiting how many people can be inside at any given time. They are taking temperatures when you enter. They highly encourage you to use hand sanitizer upon entering and as you leave. They are washing their hands CONSTANTLY! Most of the paper work is done online and above all, they remained cool and collected as they took care of patients while maintaining these standards. I HIGHLY recommend pines family eye care. It’s not everyday you meet such genuinely caring people. I left there feeling great, full of new information and so happy to have met them.

I absolutely loved my experience at Pines Family Eye Care! The staff was so nice and helpful! The doctor took time and really checked my eyes! I loved their Covid-19 precautions. My glasses arrived quickly and they are amazing!! Thank you!
