Quick and easy visit. Staff are friendly and attentive. You receive a text prior to your visit with estimated cost of visit which shows they’re proactive about communication with patients. Receptionist Mya was kind and professional and our doctor Emmy was knowledgeable by providing us with a lot of helpful information. We had 2 appointments and were done in less than 1 hour. Will be coming back for my yearly check up.

Today was my first visit for an eye exam at Pine vision care with Dr Cait. She was very friendly, down to earth, honest, patience and caring. The exam was very thorough, and I was not rushed at all. I like the idea that I did not have to get my eyes dilated for the exam because I chose retinal screening. Also Abby was very helpful in selecting the right frame for my prescription. Because of their excellent customer service and care, this will be my place for annual eye exam and glasses. I will also recommend this place to my family, friends and neighbors.

I had such a great experience here! I saw Dr. Zyrina who was super sweet; I got seen essentially right away, my appointment was super streamlined and quick, and the checkout process was easy as well! Even with an invoice error they called me right away and corrected it and were super kind overall. Highly recommend this practice!

Solid optometrist, very organized and communicative. Always on time, and everyone in the office is friendly. The only downside is that the eyewear they offer in store is pricey, as are the recommended treatment options for eye conditions. I have chronic dry eye, and was recommended doing four IPL sessions that were $500+ out of pocket for each session. I ended up going to an ophthalmologist for a second opinion and a higher level of care, and they prescribed me three eye drops my insurance covered that took care of the issue. Great for the basics, and I’ll gladly return for my yearly appointments.

I had an absolutely lovely experience today. I get severe migraines with aura that have historically been easily triggered by eye exams, causing me to avoid them and feel really nervous about getting my eyes checked. Dr Zyrina and the rest of her team (Kate, who did my exam, as well as the rest of the staff) were SO understanding and accommodating that I was able to get through the exam with no migraine at all. Everyone is so welcoming, the whole experience was phenomenal. Cannot recommend them enough!
