Such a great and awesome experience. They ensure you are well taken care of and are more than happy to help you in finding the glasses you want. Did not feel pressured or rushed. Definitely recommend if you are looking for a better experience with tons of options.

My entire visit was AMAZING! From the time I walked in I was greeted right away by Brianna, she directed me where to go. The guy that checked me in was really nice and the Dr that gave me an eye exam was super friendly and very informative. When picking out glasses Brianna was super helpful and went above and beyond to make sure I received everything I was looking for!! She was super kind to my son and she even got me a discount. I had a great experience at Pineapple Express! I went in for an eye exam and everything went smoothly. The staff was fast, friendly, and professional, and they explained everything really well throughout the process. I never felt rushed and felt comfortable the whole time. I came to this business after researching different optometrists in the Tucson area that could see me for a comprehensive exam for under $100. That's when I found Dr. Judy Velasco and I really admired her medical background in neurobiology and pediatric optometry. I have a lot of neurological and physical eye issues that began in childhood, so finding an optometrist that can understand that is super important for me so I don't have to advocate and overexplain the length of my medical history with doctors. Dr. Velasco was great. She seemed to understand how my eyes were, not judge me harshly for it, nor did she strain/push me too hard with the vision tests which I have difficulty doing. She was patient and even taught me new things about my own eyes that I didn't know, as well as give me a new and helpful eyeglass prescription. I had been previously been seeing a specialist but it was becoming too expensive, which is why I came here. My exam cost under $100 out of pocket, mind you that was also because I opted out of receiving eye imaging which would have added around $30. It was wonderful to have an IN OFFICE optometrist, as I have found doing a "virtual eye appointment" is unhelpful for me as it's usually rushed and done without much care. Pineapple eyecare seems to steer clear of virtual appointments and tries to do it all in house which is wonderful. The only downside is they seem a little pushy to try and get you to buy some frames right after your appointment (none of which here are below $150), but I can't blame them for simply doing their jobs.
