Update: Still haven’t gotten the orders after more than a month of waiting… Called customer support and they hung up on me, second representative told me they will send a ticket to expedite but after a week nothing has changed. Got nice in-store experience but the waiting is disappointing!
My first time here and they have absolutely gained a client for life! Edgar and Audrey were so pleasant and courteous and my husband and I had such a seamless and incredible experience! Everything was explained thoroughly and never felt rushed or ignored and especially appreciated not only how sweet and kind Edgar and Audrey both are but how they were so attentive and answered every single question with patience. I can't say enough good things about this place or the staff! From start to finish I was treated as a valued client and person and I will forever be grateful!
Paulina and Nicole were amazing the whole time my family all got glasses at a STEAL of a price. They were so kind even when my terror of a 2 year old was going crazy, they were patient and were so kind to him. They really help you out financially and make sure you understand every option and avenue you can take when it comes to affordability and practicality. Jason helped me on the phone to make the appointment and provided awesome phone customer service. Overall amazing environment and fantastic customer service, I only do reviews when I am really blown away.
Best experience I've ever had with an eye appointment was with Stanton Optical. Audrey was extremely helpful and attentive to ALL of my needs, they took time to answer all questions good and bad. Everything was thoroughly explained to me with great detail and she helped me get financed quickly and was made sure to tell me about deals and discounts.
