I had a great experience at Pink Vision Associates. Dr. Maria Domingues was very kind, professional, and thorough during my eye exam. She took the time to explain everything clearly and made me feel comfortable throughout the visit. The entire staff was friendly, attentive, and professional. From scheduling the appointment to checking out, everything was smooth and well organized. It’s clear that they genuinely care about their patients. I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for excellent eye care and outstanding customer service. Thank you, Dr. Domingues and the entire team.

I am writing this review and even giving it one stars is for the friendly nurses and the previous 2 doctors I met during the past 2 years that I have being coming here for my comprehensive eye exam. I was there on July 9th and During my third visit all 3 nurses was friendly as usually however things began to change after I was greeted by a female doctor who I never saw before. As soon as I came into the treatment room I began to tell her about an eye infection I had a few months ago which led to infecting my right eye as well. As soon as I told her this I began to tell she was very impatient and seem agitated because I was telling her my problems which is what a patient is supposed to do. She told me any eye infection after a few months should be gone, which I know might not be true as there are some infections that requires an antibiotics eye drop to clear up. Afterword I felt i might still have the infection and told her my eyes would sometime be red after showering and she told me this is normal which I believed. however right after this she told me that any questions I had will be answered in the end of the examination which she didn’t. Afterwards I was told to read the letters on the wall with a set of lens and without even telling me anything about them and she immediately told me to read only one line of letters which I was struggling abit with the adjusted lens and I was only able to makeout 4 letters and she got mad and raised her voice and told me there are 5 letters not 4 but for me it came as a surprise because I was only able to see 4. Only after adjusting the lens was I able to see the 5th letter. I was than giving some eye drops which made my eyes abit uncomfortable but which I knew was necessary. what made me upset was the fact she asked me to put my chin on a device and had a light stick placed very close to my eyes which reached the point I as struggling to keep my eyes open and the eye drops was not making it easier. She started with my right eye and as soon as I struggled just abit to keep my eyes open becuase the light stick was literally touching my eyeball she again raised her voice at me and told me to keep my eyes open which made the whole experience very uncomfortable because she could have approached this in a better way than getting mad at me for this and she used her hands to pull on my upper eye lids which I felt was unnecessary because I was fully capable of doing it on my own. Later After having the back of my eyes checked by one of the nurse I was called back into the office and all she told me was my eyes was healthy and everything was ok. She didn’t mention anything about if my vision had gotten better or worse and no attempt was made to see if I had any additional questions or concerns. It was only after I asked that she told me my vision changed abit without going into any detail about what I should do to keep my eyes healthy or eye drops that I should use to help with my dry eyes. In total I spent 160 dollars and felt I was in the treatment room for no more than 10 minutes minus the time I was told to wait outside when my eyes was dilated. This whole experience was not great to say the least and honestly for the money I paid I expected at a bare minimum for the doctor to have at least some patience and understanding for her patients.

I have 2 sons - both of which needed glasses during covid. Our previous eye doctor introduced us to dream lenses (ortho k) but quoted us some close to $5000 - which was totally out of our price range. Luckily, we decided go to Pink Vision and met Dr. Maria. She patiently laid out all our options, and I greatly appreciate how she didn't push anything on us. We decided to try the dream lenses for both boys since the cost of everything came out to $1550- per person which included the lenses and all the checkups for a year. My older son's vision was corrected a 100% and had no problems. My younger son took a slightly longer route as the dream lenses didn't work as well for him. After a few trials, we switched to Misight (corrective soft lenses) and finally got better results. Dr Maria helped us through each step, and we are so grateful!

Dr. Kaur is absolutely amazing! This is probably the best eye exam I have received. It was extremely detailed, professional and informative throughout. Overall a very pleasant experience and I definitely recommend this place for your eye care needs!
