Would leave zero stars if possible. My wife scheduled an appointment for our child, for his first eye exam. They gave her a day and time. When she arrived, they told her she was wrong and it was for another day and time. No apologies from the staff who was unfriendly, or from the receptionist who scheduled in owning up to the mistake in what she had told my wife. Time was wasted taking time out of the day to go for this appointment. Very unprofessional. The good news? There are PLENTY of other vision specialists in the area. Avoid this place if you set a high bar for customer service and friendliness.

A wonderful place to go for eye checkup. The doctors are great and friendly and listen to your concerns. It's not only the doctors but the staff are very friendly and help you. I love doctor's office that you feel welcome and they listen and this place is one of them. Thank you all at Pink Vision for always making my experience at your office great.

I had a great experience at Pink Vision, after having had a very negative one a few weeks ago. The place is ultra modern and spotless, and parking in the area was not hard to find. I can't say enough about the two staff members I interacted with. They really knew their stuff. One of them helped me sort out the confusion with insurance, and saved me alot of time and anxiety. The other staffer was so knowledgeable about what type of lenses I had, she could tell by looking. Amazing. They have many beautiful frames to choose from, including Ray Ban and Dolce and Gabbana. She went over the whole cost with me, answered all my questions. And i never felt rushed.I have to get my lenses thinned and I added transition lenses for sun, and the price was very reasonable. If you already have a prescription you can just walk in, but if you need an eye exam get an appointment. PINK VISION was a fantastic experience.

The staff is very knowledgeable and sooo friendly. Made my mom feel very comfortable. They were very helpful with picking the right frames. Great vibes! 100% would recommend.

I had such a great experience at Pink Vision! Everyone there was super friendly and made me feel comfortable right away. From the moment I walked in, the staff was warm, professional, and incredibly attentive. The office was clean, modern, and welcoming. Dr. Maria was awesome—super thorough but easy to talk to. She explained everything during the exam in a way that made sense, and I never felt rushed. You can tell she really cares about her patients. I also appreciated how helpful the team was when it came time to pick out new glasses. They gave honest opinions and made the whole process really easy (and even fun). Plus, they helped me figure out my insurance so there were no surprises. I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a great eye doctor. Thank you Pink Vision!
