Pink Vision Associates Lyndhurst

This was my primary location but started going to the one in Kearny office because of repeating rescheduling appointments at the last minute. I was running out of contacts and needed a fast appointment and a trial so the Kearny office didn't have a trial available and I was referred to Lyndhurst office, when I called, the girl I spoke to told me that she could order them and she could also make an appointment for me for the following week and by the time I have my appointment the trial would be there. I had my appointment on May 20th, when I arrived the receptionist didn't know what I was talking about when she checked we came to find out that the apparently the contacts were going to take longer. Once I had my eye exam the doctor said my prescription slightly changed so they were going to order another trial before she can finalize my prescription. I was given an appointment for May 30th at 8:30 a.m. and at 8:27 a.m. the date of the appointment they call me to canceled the appt because apparently they ordered the wrong contacts. I was parking outside the office and I had to head back home.I was told they would call me as soon as they received them to make another appointment. Today is June 18th it's almost a month and I have not heard back from anybody. I made a big mistake coming back to the Lyndhurst office even though it's closer to my house I'd rather drive to Kearny they are professional efficient hint and always follow up and Dr. Kaur is awesome.

I wish I had found this place sooner! I hated my son's old eye doctor, but the ladies at Pink Vision are absolutely wonderful. It's a small office, which works. They're quick and efficient, all the ladies in this office are wonderful. Highly recommended! Edit to add: My sons appointment was 4 days ago, 3 days ago we went back and ordered his glasses. Yesterday I received a text they were ready. I'm so glad I found this place!

Dr. Maria is absolutely amazing . She is such a breath of fresh air. She was patient with my son, provided me information no other eye doctor had ever offered to help save my son’s vision. She went above and beyond to make a very nervous 9yo feel comfortable. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a new doctor.

The office staff are friendly, but I’ve had repeat issues with lack of follow up, inaccurate timelines, and important information being left out. The doctor I saw, however, is professional, knowledgeable and accommodating.

I had the opportunity to visit Pink Vision for my annual eye exam and gain valuable shadowing experience as a pre-optometry student. I had been able to observe Dr. Maria and Dr. Carla and was able to learn a lot about the profession from a technical and human aspect. They both treated every patient with the same high level of care, respect, and attention–regardless of how busy the clinic was. Even in high traffic and busy hours, the pace never compromised the quality of care. As a shadowing student, I was able to learn about the importance of educating patients so that they are comfortable and can make important decisions with clear understanding. As a patient, I was able to experience this level of reassurance and felt comfortable with the exams. They demonstrated this by being committed towards allotting time for questions and discussion. Both Dr. Maria and Dr. Carla articulate the importance of finding a balance between the technical and social aspect of the job by working with empathy at the forefront. The entire team at Pink Vision helps to create a very welcoming environment for their patients. As a patient myself and a student I felt supported. The team was friendly, attentive, and proactive in guiding patients through each step of the process. Their professionalism and warmth made the experience both educational and reassuring. I am very grateful for the opportunity to have been part of their environment as it gave me further insights towards the type of practitioner I aspire to be.
