Everyone took excellent care of my 5yo daughter! Adrian (the technician) was especially patient, gentle, and encouraging. Dr. Widjaja was, too, and did a great job explaining care options and our insurance coverage. The building is beautiful and comfortable, and we had a great experience with every staff member. We will definitely be returning!

Like very good. The attendant and he saw me first to through several different exams my eye and she was very nice and the doctor came in and did some more examining about us and she said that my prescription had changed that much the last time. And I went out to the front to get some new frames for my glasses and I’ll let you have a very good show to decide on what I need to buy. The glasses looked on my face. So yes, I’ll holler recommend this establishment
After unexpectantly ending up at Plano Eye Associates (previous doc of over 20 years just moved), I was pleasantly surprised by the entire experience. From the assistant who first worked with me, to Dr Lang and to my experience with getting glasses (Cheyenne is great), I highly recommend them. My son was equally impressed...
Plano Eye provided a great experience! Everyone was kind from the start. The techs and doctor explained each process prior to it occurring and made me comfortable. The women in the frames selection area did an excellent job of helping me pick the perfect frame for me. They provided excellent service for a girl who does not like getting eye exams. I appreciated the clean atmosphere and the small details like the fun social media photo opp for those who may partake in that. It was a great experience from start to finish, and my glasses came in earlier than expected.
My wife and I have been visiting EyeCare Texas for the past 18 years, and we decided to give Plano Eye Associates a chance. Unfortunately, based on our experience, we have decided that we will never visit them again or recommend their services to others. While the doctor was acceptable, the staff’s attitude was disappointing. They were rude, unwelcoming, and lacked the professionalism and customer service we have always experienced elsewhere. The staff members responsible for handling eyeglasses and contact lenses were especially disappointing. At EyeCare Texas, we received excellent service, including quality frames, lenses with all the additional features we needed, and even an extra pair of glasses at no additional cost. In contrast, after reviewing the high estimate at Plano Eye Associates, I decided to choose the minimum option (without photochromic lenses) and reuse my old frame to reduce the cost. Unfortunately, the final products were extremely disappointing. Both my glasses and my wife’s contact lenses were of poor quality, and the overall experience did not meet even basic expectations. Good customer service, quality products, and respect for customers matter. Based on our experience, Plano Eye Associates failed in all three areas. We will be returning to EyeCare Texas and cannot recommend Plano Eye Associates.
