I have done my annual visits at this location for 2 years now. The first year, I was on my husbands insurance, and this year I switched to my own. With that said, there seemed to have been a mix up on the insurance end, and they could not find my account- Tri County Eye Assts COULD. I did the exam, paid my co-pay like normal, and decided to go with contacts to switch things up. Since it seems like there was an issue with my INSURANCE, they gave the sweet girl- Cheyenne- at the office the run around. Somehow, Cheyenne was able to fix me up, went the extra mile AND THEN SOME with calling the insurance, figuring out what needed to be done to help me out, and got me squared away. I appreciate her so much. Her customer service to help me was invaluable and the office is lucky to have her! Cheyenne, THANK YOU!

I was very satisfied with my first appointment. The entire staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. The office is very clean and comfortable. The doctor and staff exceeded my expectations! I would highly recommend this business!

My experience at TriCounty Eye Associates was generally positive. The staff was incredibly friendly, and the office was clean and well-organized. However, I was a bit disappointed with the wait time for my appointment. Despite scheduling for 9:45 AM, I wasn't called back until 10:25 AM, and I didn't see the doctor until just before 11:00 AM, which was a brief 5-minute evaluation. While the doctor was knowledgeable and courteous, the overall wait time was longer than expected. If you plan to visit, be prepared to wait at least an hour past your scheduled appointment time. Despite this, because of the pleasant atmosphere and the doctor's expertise, I will likely return for future visits.
