I can’t say enough great things about Dr. Jerin Joseph and Platinum Eye Care at River City Marketplace. This was, by far, the best experience I’ve ever had with an optometrist. Dr. Joseph is the perfect combination of knowledgeable, professional, and personable. He took the time to explain everything in a way that was easy to understand without making it overly complicated. I never felt rushed, yet the appointment was efficient and right on schedule—a rare combination in healthcare. The technology and equipment were the most modern I’ve experienced, and it was obvious that the practice is committed to providing high-quality care. The exam was thorough, and Dr. Joseph made me feel completely comfortable throughout the entire visit. What impressed me most was how genuinely he cares about his patients. He listened, answered every question, and made sure I understood my eye health and vision without overwhelming me with medical jargon. My wife recently had an eye exam with Dr. Jerin Joseph from Platinum Eye Care at River City. She had such a good experience and result that she told me for my upcoming exam to make sure I saw him. I had an eye exam with Dr. Joseph at Platinum Eye Care last week and it was an excellent experience. - just as my wife's experience. Dr. Joseph has an excellent 'bedside manner' and put me at ease throughout my eye exam. He answered all my questions, was open to let me know of potential issues in the future and also explained to me the process to correct them. All of this put my heart at ease! Dr. Joseph was very knowledgeable and it gave me confidence in his ability and judgement. I highly recommend Dr. Joseph and will personally use his services in the future!

Very knowledgeable, friendly and welcoming staff. We were in and out quickly. We've been coming here for 4 years now, and will continue to come. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for excellent eye health care and service.

Connor was super professional during my visit. Ms. Kayla was awesome, she took the time to help me pick out frames and made it a fun experience. These two rocked!!!

Doctor was amazing but the wait time was horrendous. I had a scheduled appointment at 11:30, showed up at 11, and did not leave until after 1pm. The time slots for an appointment on the website is 15 minutes. The consistency of care was inconsistent. I was back and forth between getting treatment/tests and the waiting room many times. It seemed like the representative who helped me finalize my glasses order was very disorganized so this also extended my time in the office. Again, the doctor was wonderful and very thorough. I did appreciate that.
