Got my new prescription sunglasses from here and a comprehensive annual eye check-up. The new glasses fit well, they look nice, and good for my vision. The staff and the doctor are great too!

Not a fan of this place. I went because they take my insurance for the exam. I needed my prescriptions for contacts and glasses since I usually purchase those on line to save money. After the exam they pressured me into buying glasses and refused to give me my prescription until I came back for another visit. On that visit I got my contacts and when I asked for that prescription I was pressured again to buy the contacts from them even though I said several times I would purchase them elsewhere. I managed to finally convince them that I was not going to be buying the contacts from them. Then they made me pay extra for my pupillary distance numbers. I have never had an optometrist charge me for PD. Then to top it all off I woke up with pink eye the next day. Of course I can’t prove I contracted there, but I can safely say I will never use Plaza Vision again.

I checked my eyes here and took almost 1 month to get the glass. They said 2 weeks. But after 4 weeks no response and went there, so the glass was ready there! It was so urgent but they said they will contact me once it is ready. But they didn't! Finally the glass I got is ok but not 100% happy. But still I believe in them. Hope will chnge things. ------------ A year ago! It was 5 stars!! The doctor was excellent, he checked eyes very sincerely and gave us a clear idea about the present condition. Since we have insurance we don't need to pay anything especially since there was no prescription to buy any medicine or specs, so there was no copay at all. All the staff are excellent.

I went there I had already had my prescription. I confirmed that my insurance was in was in network and thought I was going to be good to go until another lady at the counter butted in and told a bold face lie and said my insurance would not pay for material only that I need to have the eye exam there, I knew better, I called her out on it and ask her to admit that it was not my insurance it was just something she had made up on the spot. Lady I would have respected you more if you had just been honest, that it was you’re made up policy not my insurance. I would rather go blind and fell my way around than to go back to this business Bad!!! Customer service! If you come to this country of the American dream, leave your rude attitude where you came from. And don't even try and play the race card. It's not race it's a fact.

This place is terrible! I will never be back; that’s how horrible it is. I’ve been using glasses for 20 years, and this has been the worst place I’ve even been to. The people at the front are rude and do not try to help or be understanding. The service is a disaster. It took almost four months since the day of my eye exam to get my glasses! Almost four months! Even after getting them, my glasses are giving me so many problems, but I cannot go back because the people there are not doing their job right, and I rather not deal with them anymore! Avoid yourself the trouble and go somewhere else!
