I paid extra for some additional features for my glasses and I don’t regret it at all, they work with good quality and the service was excellent. Most amazing experience ever. They were so welcoming from the second I booked an appointment. Once you walk in , it’s very clean, bright and everyone has a smile. They walked me through the process, helped me feel comfortable. They were prompt with my appointment and had me in the exam right at my scheduled time. No waiting at all! The doctor was very informative, so pleasant and very diligent. I understood everything and helped all my worries calm down. Checking out , they helped me pick my frames within my budget, the specific type I needed and made sure I had a replacement so I could drive on my trip tonight while we wait for my glasses to come in. Genuinely one of the most pleasant experiences I have ever had. Every member of staff deserves to know how amazing they really are. I gave them a call and they said we will figure it out and make something work. They turned a stressful situation into an easy fix. They are the best it's been without glasses for over 2 years because I was homeless and I didn't care about anything.So I just let it go, but now that I'm doing well, I went glasses.They had them done in 1 week that places awesome.The customer service is above and beyond.It's a really great place
I cannot believe this place! Not only did I have a seamless first appointment, but my glasses were ready within 48 hours of the appointment even with the adjustments I asked for my prescription. I’ve never had it filled so quickly usually there’s a 4 week wait time. Definitely recommend to anyone that needs eye care and their bilingual.
