This office was amazing. The Receptionist was friendly and has great customer service. The Assistant was friendly, kind, great customer service. Very understanding. She made me feel so comfortable being it was the first time in this office. She explained everything she was going to do before doing it. She even expressed what I might feel which I love that. Dr Marques was very gentle, kind, she made me feel comfortable as well. She cared and I felt it. The woman who helps with the glass was friendly, kind, and also helped me pick out my glasses while allowing me to try on numerous glasses, different styles and different colors. I recommend this office to anyone.

Absolutely TERRIBLE. The customer service is awful. The person at the front desk always has an attitude and is never doing her job. I called and was on hold for 10 minutes just to walk in a see everyone on their phones. The disrespect is insane and I’ll never be going there again. Dartmouth is way better and has been better since forever.

Bad experience Brittany Frere she was in a big hurry and treated me poorly and she made a wrong prescription ,the front desk staff mocked me for speaking Spanish

1st time using this office for a basic exam and fresh pair of glasses and, I couldn't have had a better experience!! From the receptionist , to the technicians, the doctor herself and the gentleman who helped me with my glasses ; everyone was helpful , kind, knowledgeable and all around made for an overwhelmingly positive first impression. I can't wait to go back and pick up my new glasses. 5 STARS, ALL DAY!!!!
